Bangkok Metropolitan Administration and the Government of Moscow, Russian Federation, cordially invite all of you to attend a seminar by Mr. Sergey Cheremin, the Minister of Moscow Government, on the development of Moscow in the Russian Federation. Participants are also encouraged to join and exchange perspectives on space technology development with Mr. Fyodor Yurchikhin, a Russian cosmonaut.
