Get to Know the Beauty of Tropical Plants through Botanical Art
Botanical art is a beautiful and informative way to learn about plants. It combines scientific accuracy with artistic skill to create impressive illustrations that capture the details of plant characteristics and, sometimes, habits and habitats.

The Botanical Art Thailand exhibition is an annual event which showcases over 60 illustrations from Thai and foreign botanical artists. The theme of the exhibition this year is "Tropical Plants of the World," and the artworks feature a wide variety of tropical plants, from orchids and ferns to gingers and bromeliads. The exhibition will help to raise awareness of the importance of plant biodiversity conservation.

The exhibition will be held at the Bangkok Art and Culture Centre (BACC) from July 25 to August 13, 2023. It is a great opportunity to learn about the beauty and diversity of tropical plants, and to support the work of botanical artists.

The exhibition is hosted by Department of Plant Science, Faculty of Science, Mahidol University, with collaborations from several private and government sectors. It is free to the public and opened everyday from 10 am to 8 pm, except Monday.
