The paintings made by these artists bear a strong essence of the culture, traditions and history of the ASEAN countries. The aim of the project is to promote awareness and deeper understanding of the values and traditions of ASEAN member states and India. An exhibition of these paintings was held during the recently concluded ASEAN India Summit and East Asia Summit in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The Embassy of India in Bangkok is bringing these original paintings from Cambodia to Thailand.
