Linh will receive 15,000 US dollars: a $3,000 artist’s fee and $12,000 towards the production of new work as well as 2 months residency in 2017 and a month for exhibition which will be occur on 2018 at Bangkok Art and Culture Centre.

1. Han Nefkens 
 

The Dutch writer and art activist Han Nefkens has made his home in Barcelona. In 2000 he began collecting international contemporary art and his Han Nefkens H+F Collection is now housed in a number of European museums. In addition to collecting and donating art, Nefkens is considered an art activist in that he regularly initiates projects and actively develops works together with artists and museums. Han Nefkens also encourages and promotes young artists, writers and curators through commissions, prizes and stipends: in Spain with the Han Nefkens Foundation MACBA Award and the Creative Writing Grant, and in Thailand with the BACC Award for Contemporary Art. For many years now, Han Nefkens Fashion on the Edge has organised highly distinctive exhibitions at Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, with work by established and up-and-coming fashion talents. Nefkens also set up ArtAids, a successful initiative which employs art in the fight against AIDS. ArtAids not only sponsors artists who make art about the AIDS stigma, but also supports scientific and medical research. In 2011 Han Nefkens received the prestigious Silver Carnation award from Her Majesty Queen Beatrix of the Netherlands for his role as a modern patron of the arts.

Luckana Kunavichayanont received a bachelor degree in English from the Faculty of Archaeology, Silpakorn University, Bangkok in 1989 and a master in Asian Art History from the University of New England, NSW, Australia in 1993. Ms. Kunavichayanont has served as Director of Bangkok  Art and Culture Centre (BACC), Thailand, since 2011. BACC has been an active platform for the showcase of Thai and international modern and contemporary art in various disciplines, including visual arts, performing arts, films, architecture and designs. It has vigorously promoted art and cultural activities that reflect vibrancy and diversity in Thai society. Prior to her directorship at BACC, from the mid-1990s to 2003, she was Artistic Director at Tadu Contemporary Art, curating many exhibitions of emerging Thai artists. She co-curated for theThai Pavilion at the 2005 Venice Biennale. Ms. Kunavichayanont received honorable title as Chevelier des arts et des letters from the Ministry of Culture of France in 2014.

Belgian curator, the current director of Fonds Regional d’Art Contemporain Nord-Pas de Calais (FRAC), in Dunkirk, France.

Hilde Teerlinck was artistic director of Mies van der Rohe Pavilion, Barcelona. After a short stay in Perpignan, she went on to become the director of the Rhenish Centre of Contemporary Art (CRAC) of Alsace in Altkirch in 2002 where she remained active as an art-critic and a free-lance curator at the same time. After that Teerlinck has been the director of the Fonds Regional d’Art Contemporain Nord-Pas de Calais (FRAC) in Dunkirk since 2006 until now. 
 

Furthermore Teerlinck is also member of the board of the Stedelijk Museum voor Actuele Kunst (SMAK) and TRACK, a city wide event taking place in Ghent, Belgium, 2012. She is board-member of the Centre National des  Arts Plastiques (CNAP), Paris,  and the FNAC 
 

Teerlinck is an executive member of the Board of ArtAids. Together with Han Nefkens, Teerlinck initiated and position in president this non-profit foundation in 2004. As a critic she contributed to magazines like Parkett, Kunstforum, Hart, Ars Nova, Ons Erfdeel, etc.

Eugene Tan is Director of National Gallery Singapore. He was co-curator of the inaugural Singapore Biennale in 2006 and curator for the Singapore Pavilion at the 2005 Venice Art Biennale. He has also curated exhibitions including Reframing Modernism: Painting from Southeast Asia, Europe and Beyond (2016), Of Human Scale and Beyond: Experience and Transcendence (2012), The Burden of Representation: Abstraction in Asia Today (2010), Coffee, Cigarettes and Pad Thai: Contemporary Art in Southeast Asia (2008), as well as exhibitions of Lee Mingwei (2010), Jompet (2010), Charwei Tsai (2009) and Nipan Oranniwesna (2009). His previous appointments include Programme Director (Special Projects) of Singapore Economic Development Board, Director of Exhibitions at the Osage Gallery (Hong Kong, Singapore, Beijing, Shanghai), Director for Contemporary Art at Sotheby's Institute of Art – Singapore and Director of the Institute of Contemporary Arts Singapore.

Dinh Q. Lê was born in Vietnam in 1968.  He received his BA in Art studio at UC Santa Barbara and his MFA in Photography and Related Media at The School of Visual Arts in New York City.  In 1994, Lê returned to Vietnam and in 1997 Lê settled down in Ho Chi Minh City.    
 

Lê’s work has exhibited worldwide. His recent solo exhibitions include, Memory For Tomorrow at the Mori Museum, Tokyo in 2015 and travelled to Hiroshima Museum of Contemporary Arts in 2016.  Destination for the New Millennium, The Art of Dinh Q. Lê at the Asia Society, New York, and Project 93: Dinh Q. Lê at Museum of Modern Art (MoMA), New York.  He was also included in the Delays and Revolutions, Venice Biennale 2003; in dOCUMENTA (13) 2012; and the 2013 Carnegie International. 
 

Lê also co-founded VNFA and Sàn Art, the most active none profit gallery and residency program in Vietnam. He is the board member of Arts Network Asia Peer Panel, the Prince Claus Fund Laureate juror.  Lê was the 2010 Visual Art Laureate, Prince Claus Fund, Amsterdam, and a 2014 Rockefeller’s Bellagio Fellow.

Erin Gleeson is curator and writer, and the co-founding artistic director of SA SA BASSAC, a non-profit exhibition space, reading room and resource center in Phnom Penh. Her recent curatorial projects include the gathering FIELDS: On Attachments and Unknowns, Phnom Penh (2017); "Exhibition Histories: Cambodia, 1945-2016", Asian Cultural Institute Library Park, Gwangju (2015-2016); and Satellite Program 8, Jeu de Paume and CAPC, France (2015). She spoke at Field Meeting Take 4: Thinking Practice, Asia Society, NYC, was curator-in-residence, Villa Vasillieff, Paris, and advisor for ACC-Rijksacademie Dialogue and Exchange, Seoul (all 2016). Erin is currently an Alphawood Scholar, MA Contemporary Art and Art Theory of Asia and Africa, School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London (2015-2017). She lives in Phnom Penh.
