“Dawna Tenasserim: the Hidden Forests of Asia” will feature breathtaking aerialphotographs of the landscape that WWF commissioned, along with multimedia photographs, videos and infographics highlighting the beauty and the threats to this world class ecosystem. The core message is that the Dawna Tenasserim is a beautiful and important landscape that provides enormous benefits to the people of Thailand and Myanmar. Parts of the landscape should be managed as protected areas to conserve endangered plants and animals. Other parts should be developed, but in a way that does not destroy the ecosystems that provide clean water, air, and productive soils for the people of Thailand and Myanmar. The exhibition will display photos that show the forests, wildlife, and people: as well as threats from both Thailand and Myanmar.
