Bangkok Art & Culture Centre would like to invite all children to join the event

On this one auspicious day the Bangkok Art and Cultural Centre [BACC] will be turned into a fabulous playground as well as a learning space for the youth of all ages. Also, a number of joyful especially tailored performances; participating children will venture into the realm of art and explore various activity sites. Their imagination will be exercised. Also the skill of solving and tackling problems will be brought into play. Certainly fun things are hiding around every corner of the art center.

Event Highlights 
-    Children will get excited with the transformation of BACC (Bangkok Art & Culture Centre) in an art playground filled with several platforms of activities, games, adventures and performances.  
-     Children will have fun in an alternative way with arts, crafts and various kinds of creations. All will have a chance to design and experiment for themselves on all the 9 stations available, such as the making of robots and mobile sculptures. 
-    Children will be amused with over 7 shows, which are well prepared to fully entertain all young audiences, including stage plays, music, mime, folk shows and many other activities. 

Activities at Main Stage Floor 1: 
First Session of Performances 
10.45 – 11.00 น. Curtain Up and Introduction of Activities in Morning Session 
11.00 – 11.50น. Live Music Show by Children from Hibiki Music Studio 
11.50 – 12.20 น. Play by Yellow Fox Theatre 
12.20 – 12.30น. Games for prizes 

Second Session of Performances 
13:30 – 13:40 น.    Curtain Up and Introduction of Activities in the Early Afternoon Session 
13:40 – 14:30 น.    Live Classical Music by the Faculty of Music, Silpakorn University  
14:30 – 15:00 น.    Batt Magic Show 
15:00 – 15:10 น.    Games for prizes 

Third Session of Performances
16:00 – 16:10    Curtain Up and Introduction of Activities in Late Afternoon Session 
16:10 – 16:40    Show entitled “Banana the Musical” 
16:40 – 17:20 น.    Thai Folk Play ‘GratuaTaengSuer’ by WatSingha Troupe  
17:20 – 17:30 น.    More games for prizes        
17:30 – 18:00น.    Ending of the Program with a Mime Show from Babymime

Activity Stations: 

Sand in Colors (Front Ground of BACC)
Join in creating large-scale art works in front of BACC with sand of various colors 

Robot Making Operation (Lobby Hall)
Children of all ages can participate in creating a small robot using simple materials.

Meteor Shower (Curving Mural on 3rd Floor)
Start painting your own decorations for a panel showing a meteor graffiti shower. 

One’s Namesake Sculpture (Curving Mural on 4th Floor)
Create your own sculpture from paper, in the form of your own name 

Fancy Spinning Top (Curving Mural on 4th Floor)
Make your own top, a classical and favorite toy for kids of all ages and through all times

Transforming an Adventurer (Glass Mural on 5th Floor)
Paint your own face use your imagination to transform yourself into a superhero, an adventurer or any of your favorite cartoon characters. 

Magic Rocket (Glass Mural on 5th Floor)
Use your imagination and transform paper into a rocket. 

Narrative Cartoon (Auditorium on 5th Floor)
Enjoy watching animations that are an inspiration for all children. 

Collage Work (Main Exhibition Gallery on 8th Floor)
Create collage works that are inspired from the photos in the exhibition “Poetry of Light” taken by HRH Princess Sirindhorn.
