In 2018, the Czech Republic is celebrating 100th year anniversary of independence of Czechoslovakia. The Czech Embassy in Bangkok wishes to present to visitors of the BACC several exhibitions commemorating our independence and early years of the republic. The event focuses on 

• Tomáš Garrique Masaryk, our first president and main political figure who led the country to the independence
• Evolution and context of the independence and early years of independent Czechoslovakia
• TomášBaťa, one of the biggest industrial entrepreneurs of the era and the founder of the famous Bata Shoes Factory.
